Jarrod & Rawlins New Menu Relaunch @ Damansara Heights

Good news people!

The purveyors of fine food & wine will be launching their brand new set of menu this Friday; September 3rd!

From gourmet sausages, pies, burgers and sandwiches, Jarrod & Rawlins did a great job surprising our tastebuds. With an extended array of new dishes, they sure pleased us once again this time. Refer our previous post HERE.

What's new?

Toad in the Hole with Gravy
Sausages rested on a bed of Yorkshire pudding; the pastry that has a crispy crust, best garnished with yummy onion gravy.

J&R Premium Beef Burger with Cheese (made with 180g Prime Beef Pattie)
Be prepared to be impressed with a serving of compact juicy beef pattie with cheese. Value for money definitely ;)

Smoked Duck Pasta with Mushrooms & Rocket
Fret not about the calories nor carbs, as you'll love his creamy portion of pasta. Al dente pasta with smoked duck is just so perfect for each other.

Prawn Pasta with Spiced Cream & Basil Pesto
Tossed with spices, pesto and chili flakes, this would ignite our Malaysian tastebuds.

Vegetarian Pasta with Garlic Zucchini, Capsicum, Tomato, Pesto & Wine
Jarrod & Rawlins do serve vegetarian pasta besides garden fresh salads.

Fish Fillet with Parsley Sauce, Boiled Potatoes & Zucchini
It was a great combination however we thought the fish was a wee bit dry; probably over-cooked.

Crème Brulee
Though we complained that we're so full thanks to all the appetizing dishes, we wouldn't say no to this rich custard base serving using 'just cream!' topped with a layer of sweet burnt caramel.

Every single dish looks yummy! I especially like the sausages with the yorkshire pudding, I've never seen it presented that way but it looks great. I can just imagine the gravy going on top, so it covers everything - YUM!
